You also have to deal with trolls, people who just want to vent on someone, and questions that are outright nonsensical. There's also a lot of turnover for the very reasons listed in the previous sentence. A lot of it may be automated by filtering out messages containing certain keywords or phrases. If it has "Free", links to other websites, or perhaps expletives in the message it might discard them before a human sees them.
