Has anyone ever succeeded in eliciting a response from DR to a query sent via the contact form on their website? Ever?

I once bought a 5 string set of Black Beauties where the G string was dead right out of the package. I wasn’t mad, things happen but I sent them an email anyways. I explained that I wasn’t looking for free strings but that I just wanted them to be aware for QC reasons. Within an hour I received a gracious reply with an apology and 2 days later had a new string. Very impressed with their customer service. I’ve been using Pure Blue’s exclusively the last few years and never had an issue.
