changed it to the slowest setting before my tests todayThis is bugging me bad. I take it back. It is a mystery. Other than I guarantee the high speed isn't doing you any favors.![]()
That would suck, cause I have to take the whole machine apart, to get that thing out.That could definitely be preventing the chuck from mating properly to the taper surface.
Still havent figured it out, but could this be it:
I noticed some markings on the spindle/shaft (not sure what it's called), and decided to do a test:
Right on top of the markings:
Tested some none marked parts, and they are all fine
