I have bought 2 basses in the past after having a couple of drinks....not drunk, just bought them because I wanted/needed them

Me too. It takes me forever to make an equipment purchase. I’m worse than government procurement, and I’m especially hard on car dealers.

Hahaha great thread man! Made my day! Yeah Im a pro at that... Been there before without any regrets. I've woke up before and checked my accounts. On the bright side, some of my best basses were purchased this way. Hell, I even acquired my home in similiar style. I remembered it all. Haha I never got myself in trouble with it. I find it highly entertaining. Years ago I almost had the winning bid on an old Charger. My only regret was not bidding higher!
