Just because the guy doesn't seem to be the best at marketing or making a web site doesn't mean he can't build a good instrument.

Oh I’m sure they’re very good instruments. And yeah, maybe their looks aren’t for everyone. But maybe that’s the whole idea, right? Something different looking for the people who want something different looking. How many more FSOs do we really need? It’s a good way for a new brand to get lost in the mix competing with 200 other identical instruments.

I think their marketing is a pretty bold gamble - despite the “tonewood” blather. Either way I’ll give them props for showing some guts with their designs.

I can't help but notice that Aguilar features the Dudacus Tiberius 5 on the splash page for their Music Man pickups!

It's not just "on the list": the picture of the Tiberius takes up the entire front page.

I stand by my judgment that it's a beautiful bass, and in 30 years people here will be greatly lamenting the fact that they're rare and they can't find one.

Amazing all the negativity. Ken Smith started in a similar way. Basses look like Alembics. Website is not secure. Shop looks like a dump (from the outside). Basses cost even more $7,000 plus
