the ole " i was spinning around to lock in with the drummer" excuse while smacking him in the face with your head stock will fix that fast. i can only think of one (1) singer i had to do that twice to...lol...they usualy get it the first time...aaahhh, those were the days...lmao

Do be careful! A broken stick that "accidentally" slips out of a drummer's hand can be lethal.

Man, try gigging with an upright (there's no way to hide it away, or keep it from the elements) I'll take my electrics wherever theres a show and I'll play the heck outta them! Basses are a tool. I don't think I've ever seen a mechanic afraid to take a wrench out of the toolbox.

I understand you though..........I say get a cheap mim fender and don't let anything worry you!

Yep, if you're that worried about a particular instrument you should keep it safe under the bed.
