As for the Fuzz Throne, if the schematic I saw was accurate, there's a lot more going on with that circuit than your typical Fuzz Face, like a clipping stage from a muff and a MOSFET boost thrown on top. Very cool!

i just finished building it late last night and only plugged it in to verify that everything worked properly (and it is) but i haven't put it thru its paces yet.

mostly for aesthetics, but i thought that the knob spacing looked a little strange and i wanted a little more distance from the footswitch
Was able to get a 125b VT recently. I’ve been A/B’ing it against the OG big box version (#003). I’ve been looking to make a more portable and modular travel board with just the basics as far as effects I use go, so I’m hoping the 125b works out as it would fit perfectly on the board I have planned out. Still tweaking to find what I’m looking for in the 125b as it does have different feel to it (to my ears). The OG just hits different 
Anyone here happen to know the other clipping options that may have been chosen for this particular unit? - #034
At first I thought the big box VT would go on the trade chopping block (maybe to pull a trade for a 125b Wizard Fuzz *wink* *wink*), but I’m not sure yet.

I’ve A/Bed the 125b and big box VT; and I do think they sound different enough that I prefer the larger one. And I think I’ve bought and sold at least three big box VTs. Also I have a bunch more DIY coming out, a lot of bass friendly at a minimum or bass orientated

Love to hear you feedback. Its mostly a Boss ODB3 with some modifications to tame it a bit in terms of gain and expand it in terms of EQ.
I may be in the minority here but I've always thought the ODB3 sounded pretty damn good. Especially, with my Filter FX Loop. I'm excited to get one of these on my board. Although I don't think the FX Loop is necessary with the added controls on this bad boy.
I believe the Hilbish Pessimiser is also an ODB3 based pedal. Have you compared the two? I’ve got a Pessimiser and really like it, to the point I almost bought an ODB3 just to check it out.
