I've been to a couple in the past. I've thought about doing a North Bay GTG. I know someone with a great space - a very large barn studio w/a large stage (John from the Ruminators). Anyway, there is a GTG thread on TB.
Edit: last activity on the SF Bay GTG thread was 2021... by me. Maybe it's time to kick the thread to the top again.

so many of these one knob wonders that Nick worked on (and we watched on IG wondering what they were). Anyone have the collection of them? Would love to hear thoughts on the full lineup.
I almost popped for the Walrus, but I think I’m tempted by this one a bit more.

The biggest problem with these is the one-knob thing. It’s not a selling point for me. The second biggest problem is that this new one drops the same day as the Damnation+BSRI Spite pedal. I’m thinking the Spite is gonna my priority.
As far as the one knob thing goes, I like the idea of the knob control starting with one sound and blending into another. Having a few internal adjustments is also appreciated.

Wow the Aghartha looks beautiful. I know it's going to rule on bass, wonder how it's going to sound stacked with my Walpurgis.
Don't even get me started on the volume and pace of interesting drops this year. It is out of control...but has helped me learn to let FOMO pass me by (kind of).
I've been trying to contact Magic over email and their own web chat system for weeks about my Wizard Fuzz order which I have a problem with, and no reply.
I even just now tried to sign up for IG with a secondary email account (as I didn't want to do it with my main one) just to be able to contact them but couldn't get it to work.
My honeymoon period with this company was short lived. If they actually go though with the damn transaction I'll likely be flipping it straight away, not interested in it any more.

I've emailed and IG messaged them over the last year, took ~2 weeks for a brief response on IG and never heard back via email. Kind of a bummer to see that may be part of how they operate when Nick was so responsive on all the Dunwich stuff I ever contacted him about.
That does sound frustrating. Magic hasn’t been the most chatty guy on IG, but he’s been responsive in the past. He’s helped me out with a repair issue or two. I hope this is just an abnormal situation and you get everything sorted out. I understand how a bad experience (particularly with a small operation) can turn a customer off from wanting to “try again” with another purchase.
