Ive had a couple people tell me thats the one to get
Landed a 5-Knob Nihilist and Germanium OD Prototype (again)!

I lied. The Nihilist is damn good. It has the most bass on tap of the Dunwich/Magic HM-2 variants I've tried. Plus, the filter makes it sound unreal. That feature needs to be on more pedals, in my opinion. It kept me grinning ear to ear every time I turned it on! I'm still going to keep the Tyrant because it has a midrange that cuts like no other. I never thought I'd have two HM-2s on my board but here we are!
Isn't it 'Dun-witch'? In H.P. Lovecraft's The Dunwich Horror, Dunwich is located in Massachusetts.

Dunwich Massachusetts is a fictional place but given that the colonists who established & named towns & cities in North America came from across the pond it was most likely pronounced the same way but over the years may have become bastardized like the American English accent in general.

The Tyrant is the the only Dun thing I badly want. The rest I'm curious about but I love HM-2s and like Nails a lot.
If its inspired by Lovecraft's work then the Brand name is likely pronounced Dun-witch, at least that's what I've always assumed it was based on haha
