easy songs!

I have no idea what Genre you are looking in, but off the top of my head....Glycerine-Bush, Crazy Game of Poker-OAR, I fought the Law-The Dave Clark 5(?), Bad Case of Lovin You-Robert Palmer. All sorts of songs besides that are really easy and fun. This is nearly exactly how I started playing. Learn a song or two, and then go find people to play with, you'll get better much much faster.

seven nation army-whitestripes
break me shake me -savage garden
give love a bad name-bon jovi
zephyr song-red hot chili peppers
smoke on the water

all these have very nice bass lines..all the time u play something
and also they sound cool if u play them alone.

have fun

Holy Wars...haaa haa Just kidding.......anything by Nirvana can be learned in minutes...and always recognizable. Anything with 1,4,5 progression....Roadhouse Blues, Gimme One Reason (Tracy Chapman) Dont Wanna Be your Slave (Rolling Stones) Come Together is also a great one.....you should learn to move around the neck a little though...Sweet Child O' Mine is a great one...once you get the intro its all cake after that.....anything by Sublime.....this could go on forever...pull up some tabs grab sum cd's and you'll be on your way

I can't get no satisfaction: Rolling Stones
Money: Pink Floyd
in a gadda da vida: Iron Butterfly
