Nope! No feedback until you receive the item.
I've had the opposite of this happen. Many years ago, a buyer won an auction (a $30 poster) and immediately began requesting positive feedback. I declined and said that, when I receive payment, I'll be glad to leave feedback. He sent me a rather angry reply telling me he had run a brick and mortar store for x number of years and had bought and sold guitars worth thousands of dollars that I couldn't afford to buy if I was selling a poster for $30.
I looked at his feedback and it was all positive - and all received over the last week or so as a buyer of low value items. I reacted to another of his demands for positive feedback by reporting it to eBay. They said something was going on but told me nothing else. A few days later the guys profile was suspended and some days later deleted.
I've always felt he trying to pump up his feedback score and percentage in order to put up an items (or items) and then rip people off. I'm glad I fall for his crap.
