eBay Scammer strikes again

I have been the recipient of 2 ebay scams (childrens items, not bass gear) and was not able to get a refund of any kind via ebay, paypal, or the seller. Ebay used to be good. IMO that time has come and gone.

Yup, I used to buy a lot of stuff on ebay. It was the primary place I did any of my online shopping. Now, I rarely ever use it any more. They have almost entirely lost my business. It used to be awesome, but it just keeps going downhill now. I really hope another company steps up and picks up the slack, because the online auction concept is great. It's just that Ebay's corporate management has been an utter failure.

I will say I bought a bass with a twisted neck and filed a dispute and they got my money back. Go figure.

I love his part about NO REFUND NO RETURN! Nothing is consistent with the wear i mean not to mention it looks like he decided to beat it with a hammer. I mean he takes a picture of the so called "serial number" that you can only make out a 9 60 that is just stupid.

Unbelievable that this auction was not stopped! How was this scam allowed to continue once ebay and fender were notified? Wow! I expected it to be taken down after this thread had started, but some chump actually spent nearly 3 grand on that fake garbage! Un-freaking-believable. I guess I'm in the wrong line of work.
