My 4H's neck seems to be really sensitive to minor climate changes. I received it in January and set it up to low action to my liking. When spring time came around, I had to give the truss rod almost a whole turn to get the neck back "in shape". Now temperatures dropped a few degrees after a short warm weather period, and I had to give it another 3/4 turn in the other direction.
These aren't extreme temperature changes, I live in Berlin, and it's inside an apartment. I also have six other basses stored in the exact same location, and they never need that much readjustment.
It's not a huge deal to me, as I am pretty comfortable setting up my basses, but it does seem unusual. And I would feel sorry for players who are scared to mess with the truss rod, or simply don't know how to do a setup.
