Eden Amps - Still Cool ??

after reading the forums over on eden it seems like a lot of people sent their gear to authorized service centers and it came back still busted after a long wait so they sent it directly to eden and it came back as good as new after just a few weeks. Perhaps there is a rift between the service centers and eden corporate.

IMHO the company can be trusted again since Marshall took things in hand.
I wouldn't say that all service centers are bad. The thing is that only the people
With problems come to the forum and then it looks like that.
At least Eden got a forum were people can ask questions and get help.

Hard to say just like that.
We saw an increase of problems when US music took over.
Things got better with the move of production to China.
I am sorry to say that.
Since Marshall took over everything is heading the right direction.
They are really working hard on getting the brand were it belongs in the market.
The years for those turning points you might find on the net.
