Well, Eden customer service strikes again.
I bought an E 300T new from an authorized dealer on Ebay.
It arrived quickly, and I thought it sounded pretty good.
After owning it a few weeks, I checked the bias with the neat "owner bias" feature they have, and found one set was WAY off, and the bias screw did not change the reading at all.
I called Eden customer service, and after determining there wasn't a service center near me, they sent a call tag right out. So far so good.
I waited a few weeks, and called customer service to check progress. The guy who answered the phone said normal time was around three weeks, so they'd probably get to it in the next week.
Sounded reasonable.
I waited two more weeks and called. They "couldn't figure out why", but the amp hadn't been looked at yet.
I called a week later. Yes, it's been looked at. There was nothing wrong with it. I'm no electronics expert, but there was definitely something wrong with it. Regardless, they will ship it right back to me.
Another week goes by. No amp. I call. It hasn't been shipped yet, they don't know why. They can't ship it because it's a Friday before a holiday weekend, but they will get it out FIRST thing Tuesday (today), and will IMMEDIATELY send me a tracking number via email.
Anyone want to guess if I got that email today? Of course not.
I'll call again tomorrow and I seriously doubt it will have been shipped yet.
Bottom line. They've had my new amp over 6 weeks. It may sound great, but I can't tell because they won't ship it back.
