- I play it all. Whatever works for the gig. Q+
hi. i brought the amp back the next day.. they sent to the eden warranty repair locally.. they gave me a wt550 on loan...
but when i pickup the amp a month later from the repair they sent it on and got it home it was still doing the same thing. then i sent it to eden on an RA..
the store offered to give me a lend amp but they still do not have any wt800s... it will be 2 months that i bought it this week coming.... i will see the eden jolks at NAMM.. and need to make them aware of the customer service woes....

I know it's probably too late for this now, but doesn't the store you bought the amp from have a return policy? I know everyone complains about Guitar Centers here, but if you had, or did, purchase your amp there, you have 30 days to return it, no questions asked. While Eden is ultimately responsible for their amp being defective, the store you purchased it from also has the responsibility to make it right, as they sold you the defective product in the first place. How long has it been, since you purchased the amp?
