With my wt800 I'm driving 2, 4 ohm acme's, and we play kinda loud sometimes. When we end a song the fan is noticeable in the room but I can never hear it when playing. If I play low enough that the fan noise would be an issue the amp doesn't get hot enough for the fan to come on.

I'm sorry it does or does not come one while playing lower.? I'm just thinking if your recording at lower volumes ya know.

guess it would depend on just how quiet you are playing and the ambient temperature in the room.
