Yup, I found that to be true with the Small Stone I had.

FWIW, I use an HBE Psilocybe these days and now that problem is gone.

While it's really good at the one thing it does I think it's a bit too nice, i.e. the effect could be a bit more pronounced to cut through in the mix.

The Psilocybe was one of maybe three equally good contenders, ended up with the EQD Grand Orbiter though. I still have the Small Stone, I think I'll put together a second smaller pedalboard and use it there.
