So I have a old Yamaha p bass copy without pickguard. Install of the EMG geezer's went well except for some how the black plastic peice where the mounting screw goes thru the cover into the body kind of split next to the E string side. That pickup seems a bit loose compared to the other one.
Is the cover replaceable? Is there anything I can do to correct this. It's still adjusted where I want it but it's just cracked a bit . Still functional but I know it's there. I could return it to Amazon and say it was damaged but I don't think it was EMG fault. So my conscience wouldn't be happy with that . So what's your advice
