Here's my new rig.

I've had the 4x10 for a few weeks, but I only got the 902 yesterday, I love it.

I had been using a Berg IP112 for a while, this is loads better, so much clearer, and way more depth.

You'll be able to hear me from yours if I stick it up on to 10 ! (lol)
Ok, I'm just having my Sunday dinner, as I've been at work all day, so say around 9.00 pm, BST, you play me the first few bars of, "We Supply (all your funky needs) off "Rocks, Pebbles and Sand" and I'll be listening, so I can play the L.J. part.
Then I'll play "Stay With Me Tonight" by Geoffrey Osbourne, and you can solo over it. 102 miles, we should be able to hear each other loud and clear.

I had 2 4x10 UL's bought from M/F but returned them cause UPS destroyed them during shipment.
So I re-ordered but in an 8 ohm configure and added 2 more to the mix.
So I'm lookin at 1 410 at 8 ohms for small gigs
2 4x10's at 4ohms for medium gigs
and 4 4x10's at 2ohms for large gigs.
kinda pricey:bawl: but I don't think I'm ever gonna need anything else!:hyper::bassist:
Downhill

So this is interesting. M/F shipped me the 4 4x10 cabs they arrived yesterday. This time I was here to help the driver carry them in. (Wife told me the last delivery she saw the guy flipping the cabs end over end rolling them up to my front door) So no damage this time however they came in 2 different styles?
the 1st 2 4x10 cabs have a thinner grill with many small holes and rounded plastic corner covers and cab info on back hand written.
the 2nd set has thicker grills with less holes but larger openings....and "L" cut plastic corners and cab info on back labeled in.....
Here's the real weird thing.....the first set is at least 7 to 10 pounds lighter...noticeably lighter!!
Even the UPS guy said hey....why are these ones heavier than the others?......
I dont want to send them back just to get identical cab grills but does anyone know if there are other differances that I need to know? I do want identical cabs but a cosmetic only differance is not a problem:hmm:

I believe that Vic had posted earlier about the newer version (as of late) were a bit heavier. You can always check in with Nick as well. Can you post some pics of the differences. i would like to see that. I have a UL2-410 that i bought last year and it is very light.

+1

My "older" S2 UL410 is the usual 57 pounds. The newer S2 UL410 I currently have for safe keeping for a friend is about 9 pounds heavier.

holy jeebus,

FOUR ul410's?!?! picture NOW.

Welp, here it is, actually I was tryingto be practical when I decided to go with the 4-410 8 Ohms bins
Using the Boogie Titan which allows for 8/4/and 2 Ohm settings I can
1. Use 1 4x10 at 8 Ohms and 650wtts (small gigs)
2. Use 2 4x10's at 4 Ohms and 1200wtts (med gigs)
3. Use 4 4x10's at 2 Ohms and 1400wtts (Wembley Staduim)LOL!!:D

Just turning this thing on in my condo shakes the walls:ninja::hiding:
I have a couple of Mesa 1x15 cabs tat I'm thinking about off'n but they to are at 8 Ohm loads so I could actually insert a 15 into the mix as well.....
My Gibson Blackbird combined with this setup generates a really nice tone for the hard rock/Metal music I enjoy playing....friggin just gotta figure out how to pay for the stuff....minor details i guess right?:help:
