Epifani UL 410 opinions please

OK, so I got the cab. I can describe it it one word......
Damn.
Allow me to expound. So, first I plugged in the Walkabout and my trusty 5 string P bass. (It's in great shape by the way. Not even any fur balls in the rat fur.) This cab moves so much air. Now, the Walkabout gets down with every cab I have tried. But this combination is special. Usually, with any cab I have ever tried, I get warmth, ouch or volume. Sometimes and two. Never all three. This combination does all three. It punches without sounding too "modern". Volume wise it moves a ridiculous amount of air. This combination will see lots of stage time.
Then, I just had to try it. I read all the time about cabs that are "power hungry". This one was no exception. I must have read dozens of reviews that said "It ate my 100W Bassman for lunch, but came alive when I plugged in a gazillion gigawatt Grenade Launcher amp." I run a Euphoric Audio VL-210 800W cab with an Ashdown LB30 all the time (same kinds of "power hungry" reviews all over the interwebs). I'll have you know this cabover the hair on my legs with the Little Bastard. Great tone (the cab kind of smoothed that head out a little....in a good way). Stupid loud.
Feel free to ask questions or have me try something. Thanks for all the input. As if the tone and volume weren't awesome enough how bout I carried it upstairs with one hand!!! My Walkabout Scout extension 15" cab weighs 48 and this felt exactly like that cab.

Yeah the only downside is that I didn't know about these years ago. I'm pretty blown away. And I'm not a gear nut so that takes a lot.

Those 4x10s are over a thousand bucks new. They better sound like it!
Yeah I got a screaming deal on this one used. It's impressive though. I highly recommend keeping an eye out for one at a deal.
I got my series 1 UL 310 for $425 shipped. It would have been $350 if I could have picked it up. It was still a great deal. I am never going to sell it.
Yeah unless something crazy happens this might be a keeper. I keep going into my bonus room playing each of my basses and both heads through it for a few minutes every 6 hours or so. Then I walk down the stairs thinking "Yep, it's as loud and sounds as good as I thought it did."
Have you tried the ul410 s2 with upright bass? I've been using a pair of acmes for years; 'love the deep lows, but I need more volume and have a chance at one of these for a very good price. I'd run it with my Acoustic Image Focus head- around 800watts, so power should not be an issue.
I have 2 Epifani cabs. A very early 210 that is heavier...dataplate was written with pencil & faded. Its heavy & sounds great for most everything but it more scooped.
I also have a UL2 310 (lightweight neo drivers), this is my workhorse if I’ve got a loud outdoor gig but its also more flat response & the Upton sounds more natural there.
generally though when I’m using the Upton its not a loud affair and I’m more apt to use my compact 210... which is a MarkBass Traveller.
all my amps are G-K MB series, so that will affect things a bit, they have a natural curve to them; but I like them and they are reliable & easy to use. My general DB pairing is the MB200 head & the Markbass 210 cab.
