oh, and in an attempt to re-rail the thread, the press for episode III is pretty good. 12 reviews are available on rottentomatoes, and 10 are good, although some are a bit backhanded.

Mon Rominee said:Same as in the end of ROTJ, the Emperor is sick of having to rely on his "cripple" apprenitce, Darth Vader, and is using him to get to his son Luke.
I wonder, had Luke joined him, if it'd be all barbeques and football Sundays on the Death Star 2 jumbotron....What make's you think that he wanted to overthrow the emperor just to be a family guy? Sure, at the end, when he throws palpatine off the edge, he is, but I think before that, when he offers Luke to rule side-by-side as father and son, it was him wanting to stop being second-fiddle to emperor palpatine, and be the emperor himself.Mon Rominee said:Exactumally. Vader actually did it to be a family guy tho, go figure.I wonder, had Luke joined him, if it'd be all barbeques and football Sundays on the Death Star 2 jumbotron....

Lots of pictures of ROTS. Look at your own risk. I kind of regret I looked at them. But some of you might be interested.

They should have quit calling him Anakin and called him Darth Overlyobsessiveboyfriend. The only redeeming part of this movie is the huge fight with the armies at the end. But hey its Star Wars Its all good. Sonic Seamus said:George Lucas waiting half a lifetime to finish the whole story made me really glad that Peter Jackson didnt do the same thing with LOTR. Episode I - III just dont have the edge to em that IV - VI did....too family friendly. It's almost like they have a completely different director who had never seen Star Wars, Empire or Jedi.
Na.....I'll wait till this trilogy hits the bargin bin at Wal-Mart before I spend a dime.
Juneau said:Did you realize George Lucas only directed Star Wars, and didnt direct Empire or Jedi? I believe Lucas directed all 3 of the new ones, but only one of the old ones, just FYI.
