ERBs, What have you got? Anything with 6 strings or more!

Ibanez SRC6, but haven't really been able to bond with it as yet. I'm not much for playing with a pick and the tight string spacing doesn't really lend itself to finger style, IMO. So far, I'm not really finding enough time to spend for adjusting to it sufficiently to eliminate occasional clams.
@Alexandermh, it was made by a Polish luither called Langowski, I've since moved it on as the edges of the body were very square which made for uncomfortable playing, other than that it was as near to a AJ6 as can be.
@Mustang Surly, I tend to find Ibanez 6ers have very tight spacing. Try finding a 6er that mirrors your favourite 4 or 5 string in terms of spacing and general spec just with the extra string/s. It makes for much quicker adjustment, some people think that a narrow neck 6er will be easy to adjust to but in reality it throws your playing right off!

With that wide of a neck, is it possible/practical to play like a normal bass as well, or only 2 handed tapping?

I'm kinda stuck between a rock and a hard place with the string spacing. My arthritis makes wide string spacing/wide necks painful to play (my comfort zone is the Guild Starfire neck or even a Fender Jazz neck), so I think even a 6-er with that string spacing would be over-all too wide for comfort (for me, personally). That's why I gave the SRC6 a shot. The over-all neck width feels great, the string spacing: kind of awkward. But I may give a 6-er with that SF string spacing a shot at some future time. I just don't neither a burning, practical need nor the excess funds to make it a high priority at this time.

It takes a bit of getting used to (I jumped straight from 4 strings to 10 strings years ago then got other ERBs along the way) and I wouldn't necessarily use it all the time, but yes Binky is definitely quite easily playable! I usually use my 6 string De Gier and my 8 string Conklin for general practice with Binky coming out every so often, I more use it for tapping and solo stuff, though if it was my only bass I wouldn't have a problem with it! 
@Mustang Surly, at the end of the day you have to play what's comfortable, and if a 6er with comfortable spacing comes with an uncomfortable neck width then practically maybe 5 strings with good spacing is the best option!
I’ve mostly owned 5 strings and a few 4s. But I used to have a 7 string and I currently own a really nice 6 string. Been getting away from It more lately. Right now I’m mainly playing a 5 string dingwall with my band. I really do enjoy the extended range stuff for noodling at home. They do make great couch basses. Really fun for two hand tapping and looping. But I don’t really need more that a 5 to play my bands material. In fact at times I’ve even used a bead tuned 4 as my backup for the band.

This is what I bring to gigs in my main band (pedalboard has been downsized since this pic, though).
I have one of these, it's 30" scale and is basically the Ibanez version of the Fender VI without the tremelo system. Not finger plucking friendly by any means.
Just got my first. Practicing utilization of the extended range.
I used to have a Bongo 6, looked exactly like yours in fact! Great basses. While we're sharing bass pics, I think a mention to my Conklin 8 is required! An absolutely incredible beast built by Bill and the team, this one literally has all the tricks... duel custom pickups, piezo, midi, the works! Built as a show piece for Ishibashi Music I believe which I was lucky enough to acquire.
I'm afraid I'm a little old-school when it comes to extended range...
