Essex Bass Competition!

i have found out that a poll can only have 20 options. ill do it differently. if you want to vote, post a reply titled VOTE. and the username of the person who's bass you're voting for. do not vote for any basses posted after April 1st. voting will go until may 1st. on may 1st, ill announce the winner of this month and ill type it really big so the person gets some recognition. on may 1st, voting will begin for the basses postede from april 2nd to may 1st.

note: if the title of your reply is not VOTE, it wont be counted.

Hey Tape, long time till voting and I just recieved my Delano pups, mind if I post updateds pix:hyper:

Since its not a new bass, i see no harm in posting an update. But quote me in your post so that its obvious to everyone else that your post will be allowed for this months voting.

As for BobWestbrook's question, "What are the criteria?". You make your own criteria. Whatever bass you like the best, you can vote for.

And from now on, please title your post VOTE. not just put the word vote in your post. it will mak it easier to count if its in the title. I have a feeling this thread will have alot of pages, so i want to eliminate as much hassle as possible. thanks.

Also, if anyone wants to edit their current post and put a soundclip in it, it will probabaly get you more votes. People want to hear the bass, so they know it doesnt just look good, it sounds good too.

And no, Brices do not count.

You can order them through Fred Bolton @ [email protected] he builds bee basses www.beebasses.com.

they come from Germany www.delano.de so be ready for a long and painful wait. They better be the baddest pups on the planet for as long as I have waited for them.:scowl: :rollno:

I caught Fred when he was about to place his Delano order. My set just arrived today, 25 days after I confirmed my order with Fred. I was pleasantly surprised & told him so. I'll have to wait longer to hear them, as a round-trip to the luthier is next on the agenda...

On topic - My vote goes to Hambone's LPB Precision! I'm with The Ox, strong preference for P-width necks here.
