Second Canuck concurs. Great service and his flat rate shipping is less than what I would spend for gas/time looking around at the north's often meek pickings. It is critical to see whether what you need is in stock or not (LaBellas are apparently made on order sometimes). Thanks Jason

I really can't say anything that hasn't already been said. With the exception of really weird stuff (like long scale banjo strings, for example), I order pretty much everything from Jason. Just ordered 4 sets of strings this morning, in fact. And, like Bassfacer, I couldn't remember if I was VIP registered or not. A click on the VIP tab said "yes"- that easy. So, what's not to like?:)

I am too. I was sent a wrong gauge set, I sent Jason a text, and he immediately had the correct set shipped to me. He also prepaid for me to ship the other set back. Great service and prices, lots of different brands to choose from, and Jason has vast knowledge of the brands he sells. IMO Bassstringsonline is the best place to buy strings from.

That is the question. I looked at just strings. What a mess. That website needs a major overhaul.

If you know exactly what you want, Amazon has lots of strings. They might have what you want. But it’s amazon.

Neither will come with BSO’s prices or stellar service.

Last time I used just for strings I had to return the set. After eating shipping both ways I was out $15 and still didn’t have strings. Not likely to repeat that song and dance.

I haven’t ordered strings from anywhere but BSO since they opened. Jason, and his over and above customer service will be missed.

I was always happy to match and beat pricing. Many La Bella items became difficult to keep in stock with their very long production times. I could have saved you a bunch of money if you asked though...

My heart goes out to you. Knowing how you handle yourself and your business I am sure you will be a huge asset to any company you may join.

I own and operate a small bakery and deli. It is a beast. My daily bread is my business, wedding cakes are just a nuisance. Giving it all up will feel great but be bittersweet as well.

Nothing feels great right now. I love doing this. If I didn't I would not have done it.
