External auxiliary input?

Does anyone know of any external auxiliary input devices out there? My GK MB Fusion doesn't have an auxiliary input and I really miss not being able to plug my drum machine in and play along. I tried using a stereo 1/4" splitter but it significantly drops the signal going through the amp. I was just curious if there are any external devices or effects units that would supply an auxiliary input.

Yep that's going to be the best approach, because that way you aren't tied to using any one amp.

An auxiliary input allows you to select an external source and play it through the cd player's amplifier. It's often used for iPods and MP-3 players. Typically you just need an inexpensive patch cable that connects the headphone output from your portable player to the input on the CD player. After that you can select "AUX" as another source like CD or Tuner, and whatever's playing on the portable unit will be heard through the speakers or let's just say it's just a small mixer.
