Extreme basses

Might be, I haven't seen it in person. It is Copper though and Jens said he had a real hard time capturing the true color and said that these pictures were not good at all, but the best out of three camera's he could get.

Interesting...my first attempt, once I white balanced the image showed a much redder/copper colored instrument. But I assumed that it was closer to a gold leaf and did a second take.

Is this extreme?

Arrrgh!!!

Not those same photos all over again.

Anyone can trawl the internet and find pictures of 'weird' basses. What would be great if someone could identify them as well.

Far right at the top is a Sandberg Custom, Middle row second from the left and bottom row far left are both Wishbasses.

I really want to know what [Invalid or Expired Link Removed]?

Hey, I think I know one of the basses from the Facebook link. The one in the bottom row that's a six string at the bridge, but then tapers to a five, then a four as you get closer to the head. I think that's a Read Custom from Jack Read. I believe he told me once that he made it for Victor Wooten as that stringing method is similar to what is done on a banjo (since Victor plays with Bela Fleck). Or maybe I just read that on his old website. Either way, I'm pretty sure that's from Jack.

The funny part is that Basdyret's pictures of the Platinum Ritter are better than the website pics. The website shots just seem so bland without the Peacock Blue strings.

And stop posting the Platinum Ritter :crying: You gonna make me sell my first born into the sex slave business to afford the legal costs after I'm required to steal your bass.
