A size decrease would be very cool.

A simple overdrive, the size of the unpleasant surprise would be interesting I think!
I'd buy it ,provided it sounded good and offered something not already out there (a difficult one I recon, given that every Tom, Dick , Harry and their dog builds good overdrive pedals ).
Maybe a feedback thing that makes the circuit feedback on itself with just a pot regulating that, maybe on/off via a little switch like those found on the unpleasant surprise...

I think that'd be fun!
Such a feature might also be a fun addition to the unpleasant surprise...?

According to Fairfield, "it now has a hi cut and a slightly wider drive range." I miss my old BS, and I'll more than likely jump on this when it gets released in April (along with their delay).

I will grab one of these and the delay for sure. I wish he had gone with top jacks though. With side jacks, not sure this will save that much space.

I wonder if "Millenium Edition" means it will have a Millenium Bypass. And if that is the case, I wonder if that will mitigate the on/off switch popping sound inherent to the V1.

I'm pretty sure it just means that the serial numbers will begin with 1000 (or 1001, per the photo).

That kind is spelled "Millennium", though, and the Instagram post has it spelled with the single "n" like the bypass of the same name. Perhaps it's both?

Could be both, but somehow I don't think they'd name it after a bypass system. Plus I just noticed that they changed the designation from OD to OD1K.

And I somehow don't think they'd go for the 1000 motif and misspell "Millennium" that intentionally unless it was a clever pedalmaker nod to the bypass. The only other reason is they flat just didn't realize they misspelled it.

What's the point of the hi cut I wonder...isn't that something one might adjust on the instrument?

Front facing sockets would indeed be NICE!
Maybe they'll be a feature of the release version?
Has anyone here possibly asked on instagram or facebook, if this feature might come?

I have not tried either of their fuzzes. I'm pretty sure the Four Eyes appeared in one of Juan's fuzz war videos. Of course the demo above features the US, not the FE (as I incorrectly noted).

Interesting delay. Not sure Juan's demo is that great. It gets much better at the end though. I don't know, he's a great player and has a lot of insight into effects for bass, but his demos are really hit or miss.
