There have been quite a few highly-regarded Double Bass players who have appeared and chatted for a while - although while they are famous to me - I doubt they appear on the radar of the MTV generation !!??

I think the only "famous" bassists I've talked to were Janek and JMJ, they seemed like quality dudes.
