There are a ton of live Los Lobos tracks that kill... Their Heard it on the Grapevine is nothing short of amazing.

Concert DvD's of the Police Certifiable, The Pretenders Loose in LA, Petty in Gainsville, hell Freezes over, pretty much the whole Crossroads series but especially the Winwood and Los Lobos appearances. Not really live albums per se but all very enjoyable.
