The SCG. Some sideways movement for seamers in the first session, levelling out to a fine batting surface until late in day 3 when top class spinners will be able to extract significant turn. Patience, accuracy and technique are all rewarded for both batsmen and bowlers. Lord's would come a close second.

Do you have a favorite pitch? If so, what note+octave, and/or Hz, is it? I like pretty much everything on a bass and contrabass, with emphasis on E0 to A1, by my favorite pitch is A0, or 27.5Hz. Before I get slammed for “not hearing” E0 only “feeling” it, I took a test and can hear it, and yes, the fundamental, not just the harmonics.

I like the low D 36.71hz and the low C 32.7hz and F# at 46.25hz

These days most of my basses are tuned BASDG, sometimes I use ADGCF, and sometimes I tune my 8 string DdGgCcFf ... I usually don't tune below A0 at 27.5hz. I played in a band years ago where I tuned to a low B flat 29.14hz

My first inclination to respond to the OP was a 3-2 slider on the inside corner (RHP vs RB), but answered it straight up instead.

Having been raised in Pittsburgh, a huge Pirate fan from the 60’s on, it was well known in the Burgh that Doc was a bit of a “different” sort. There were also rumors of drug use with the team in the 80’s and it was a running joke that the Pirates ran the biggest (square footage) drug store in the nation out of three rivers stadium.

Considering the Doc’s legend takes place during the height of the counter culture movement of the times, when the story broke, it was like ‘it figures”. LOL.
