I'd say that I like A1 (55Hz) a LOT. That's because it leaves me a lot of room to move across the neck up, down, and across for songs that are done in that key, such as any I-IV-V blues in A.Do you have a favorite pitch? If so, what note+octave, and/or Hz, is it? I like pretty much everything on a bass and contrabass, with emphasis on E0 to A1, by my favorite pitch is A0, or 27.5Hz. Before I get slammed for “not hearing” E0 only “feeling” it, I took a test and can hear it, and yes, the fundamental, not just the harmonics.
I guess I should have simply asked what folks’ favorite Hz is, this crowd loves to heckle. All in fun, life’s too short...
