Do you have a favorite pitch? If so, what note+octave, and/or Hz, is it? I like pretty much everything on a bass and contrabass, with emphasis on E0 to A1, by my favorite pitch is A0, or 27.5Hz. Before I get slammed for “not hearing” E0 only “feeling” it, I took a test and can hear it, and yes, the fundamental, not just the harmonics.

My favorite? That's a tough one. It's between a slider and a curveball. Let's go with slider. 
Oh, definitely E flat. Unless we're tuning to the magic frequency of 432hz, then I prefer D sharp.

Once every few days. Gives time for the tension to build up.
