The T-nuts were installed on the baffle ahead of time and have some PL on them to help keep them from falling out. The bolt holes were really close to the cutouts so one tooth of the T-nut protrudes into the cutout.

Leland already covered the PL Premium to T-nuts thing, but I thought I'd assure everybody that almost always will a T-nut protrude beyond the cutout, that's just the nature of the beast.
Your crossovers look very nice. I hope you will add those to the Crossover Builds section in the Wiki.
Anyone know the wattage at 8 ohms?[Invalid or Expired Link Removed]

I think (after watching a couple of TCs videos) that I have found my new favorite bass head. The GAS pains are starting..........
PL used like this will provide no strength, at all. Nothing wrong with using it as caulking except the price. Two big advantages to using pl are strength and expansion. The Titebond is fine glue, but as a butt joint glue it's not as good as the pl. In a biscuit or dadoed cab where you have additional surface area, no biggie, as long as you get it air tight.
Use epoxy. Pl does not adhere to metal well. It needs porosity. If you should pull hard enough to spin the nut the pl won't help. Epoxy makes them virtually spin proof.
I had hoped my warning reached you before you got any further. But that didn't work out. I probably would have glued a strip of 1/4" plywood against the face of each holed segment in areas nearer the center of each panel and let it be nearer edges.
The way you did it will probably be fine though, since this is a 12/6 with its smaller panels.

right now I have a rack that is basically a SansAmp RPM into a QSC PLX2402. I'm using one side of the QSC and getting 700W into my nv610. I will be downsizing from my rack most likely to a Streamliner 900.Hey Phat Ham,
here's what I say in the FEARful FAQ ...
A 1212/6 is going to be a little more sensitive yet, and will give you the 4-ohm advantage. But if you already have a big enough amp either the 15/6 or the 1212/6 is enough to surpass a 610. Even in terms of the same watts going into either some people percieve it that way because of the additional LF extension and the way they EQ... but to be fair, some people don't.
What's your amp?
Yeah, it's not as much power as you COULD use, but it's likely close enough, and the EQ and comp and stuff are really right. That or the BX Carvins or the EA iAmp Pro all seem pretty well matched for fEArfuls.
Hows that new job going anyway?
The new job is great-almost as exciting as getting a paycheck every two weeks!! Enjoying all the exotic woods, and being able to be the first guy to pick through a jag of Figured wood is almost worth working there for free.
I can report that as of tonight, when my SKB 3-space NON-X rack showed up, I now have my complete 'big' setup happening.
Kern IP-777 ->
Peavey IPR-3000 ->
fEARful 15/6->
fEarful 15/sub.
The Peavey weighs less than the rack does. The Kern weighs more than both rack and IPR together. {...}
