no gloss on mine....stays beautiful satinHow is this satin finish? I played one just for a few moments at a local store and it seemed like it it would perhaps become gloss relatively fast anywhere that skin/clothes make usual contact.

How are you guys finding these? Is the fretwork good? Electronics have a decent output? Holds it's tuning well? Also, how much do your basses weigh?
I am tempted to to try a regular tone pot with orange cap 47 just to see what the difference is like?.....But do not want to lose any of the amazing sound my Performers haveHow is everyone finding the Greasebucket tone circuit? Really tempted by one of these basses.
