Huh! I kinda like the last one, with both white covers on the lower coils, but for the life of me, I can't say why.

Hello, guys.
I have a Fender Blacktop Precision Bass since 2013. It is withe crhome pearl, but it's getting a little greenish.
Did it already happens to someone else??
Links? Or hints at least?... for those of you looking to replace your BTJ pups, at least two vendors matched them bridge and neck.
Here below is my most recent acquisition. I was in the market for something to bolt my fretless Warmoth onto and was leaning towards a Jazz of some sort as I already have P and PJ set-ups covered. My only problem is that, even though I much prefer Jazz size necks, I've never liked the single coil pups, mainly due to our house (and most of our town) having horribly noisy electrical systems. In steps Malak the Mad with a Blacktop Jazz body plus all other parts. He packaged it up brilliantly and it arrived in Australia in perfect condition.

I (obviously) loves me some orange. If you want anything painted, I give a big thumbs up to Cincity Customs. You can find 'em on Facebook. Not a big fan of orange, but that bass is sharp!

And here's a shot of Big Orange's first performance...with his Seafoam Precision brother in the background. A bass generally lasts me 20 minutes in performance before it's too wet to continue...
