fender bxr club

The line out is a low energy signal intended to feed into a mixer or a power amplifier. You wouldn't get anything significant if you plugged a cabinet into it. From the manual I found on the Fender site the BXR60 has no external speaker capability.

Thanks Jim, I'm trying to clarify a little bit the tone of the BXR... Sometimes it feels too muddy for me.
I have an ampeg B1 head with a pre out and a GAP PRE-73jr, I'm gonna try both with the BXR power amp in jack and see if they do the trick.

BXR 25 owner here!

Awesome little practice amp. Got it used for dirt cheap and it's in virtually perfect condition.

I'm not afraid to spend some money on my music gear, but as someone that doesn't gig, it's hard to imagine why i'd ever upgrade to something else. Does everything I need, sounds great, and is plenty loud. I don't think i've ever had the volume knob past 12 o'clock.

Maybe I just don't know what I'm missing out on, since this is the only bass amp I've owned, but this seems like a total keeper. Highly recommend these if you need a cheap used practice amp.
