Fender Classic 60's Jazz Bass....Pics

I have the RW version which I am reasonably certain is the same bass except that it's pre-abused and has a nitro finish. It has the meaty jazz neck I love....in fact it's the best jazz neck I've ever played, deep and round w/ vintage frets and a nice nut. Installed some TI flats and some CS 60's pups...i took the pups off...ht eoriginals were almost as good sand were pre-beat so it looks similar to the bass. saved the 60's to install on one of these when I buy one...and I will. They are the ebst bargain out there for what I like; vintage style and sound all passive. :bassist:

Guys .. I know this thread is old .. I have one of these for 4 years or so and really like it except the neck .. it is beefy and will not stay straight . the truss rod is 100% turned and still wont straighten .. I am looking for a thinner replacement ... any suggestions ? I live in NY .. thanks in advance

Another thread resurrection! I bought one of these about a month ago. Wow! Not only do I love the feel of it, I really like the "look" of it! Pickups sound awesome through my Rumble head and cab(s). Also ran it through my buddy's Hartke KB115 and it sounds great!
