I'm currently looking for a CS Precision bass. On paper the 59, 60, 61, 63, 64 versions almost have the same specs (except for clay dots and the slab fingerboard on certain models). I know these are made by hand but is there any significant differences between these models? I tried two 63, one had more mids, the other one sounded darker. I'm also looking for a neck that's wide and flat. I tried an original 63 and the neck felt amazing! I felt like the CS 63 neck was a bit too big around the 12th fret.

All my Precisions have 1.58..62 inch nuts...or Jazz bass necks...
So I was completely blown away at how comfy THIS 1.75 inch neck is...I love it.

Actually, what is not written on the specs is neck thickness (1st, 12th fret etc). My understanding is that the 59 may have a thicker neck like a lot of 50's style P's, but I could be wrong !

I tried a CS63 journeyman but the neck on this particular bass did feel ‘bulky’ in my hands. My CS60 Relic has a wide but extremely comfortable neck. I think a 59,60 or 61 should be fine but always try before you buy.

IIRC most of the 1.75" nuts show .790 on first fret and .990 on 12th - (floor traveller sheets)...but if anyone wants me to double check tonight, I can measure them... i have a few FCS - all with the 1.75"... one of mine def has a thinner feel...might be worth checking even for myself now that it's been pointed out.

To my knowledge (please correct me if I am wrong), I think most of your off the shelf FCS Precisions will have a 1.75" width neck. The Postmodern is the outlier coming standard with a Jazz neck.
For a while I owned a FCS 1961 Relic, it was a 1.75" nut with the 0.790" at the first fret. Very thin, but pretty wide. It was decent, but the spacing was never comfortable to me but YMMV. By contrast, I have a 1978 precision that is much beefier in the neck, but around a 1.625" width, and it's much more comfortable. Ultimately if you want a thinner P Bass neck, might need to bite the bullet and get one custom made. But that is not cheap.
Speaking of, I got the email that my custom shop is complete and in stock at the dealer. Complete with pictures. Placed the order and the deposit April 30, 2022 and looks like the bass got to the dealer on Aug 31, 2023. So for those keeping track that is a 15-16 month build. And it looks really pretty.

The finish looks like it came out fantastic. But I am disappointed in the headstock logo. I was asking for, and hoping for a 70's TV style logo, but that isn't what I got. My guess is that was lost in translation somewhere between the myself, the dealer and Fender. Not a deal breaker and nothing functional, but still a disappointment.
I think this will be my last custom bass. I have realized about myself that the customer route is not good for me. I tend to be too fickle, and much of the time want to change something about the bass constantly. Plus, I am aiming for more contentment in my gear. Spending less money, stop constantly changing guitars, amp pedals etc. In fact my thought was trying to pass on this one somehow and not end up buying it. However, now it's here I will end up getting it. The FCS process is weird, but so far the results are pretty fantastic. let's see how she is once it's in my hands.

That's a very nice bass. Congrats. You should have received the TV logo with the '69 spec. Now you have a very unique one-off bass.
I'm kinda blown away on how amazing that looks! I like having a 1.75" oval C nut/neck (my fav)...but that is one great lookin bass! I would be interested in your feedback on it after the honeymoon phase too.
