Just make sure the neck you arent using is straight (with a straight edge!) and you should be good to go!

Remember ...I believe ...the Original 60s has 9.5 neck radius so your bridge height saddles might need adjusting

I swapped the neck the day after I posted above and have been playing it for all rehearsals and gigs since.
Sound is no different than the American Original in it's complete form, it just looks relic-ey now.
The swap presented no problems from a process standpoint. Of course the new JacoFrankenJazz required a setup - intonation, pickup height, string height, relief, etc. The Jaco neck is thicker with the epoxy coating, not by much but enough to require a setup. I expected this.
I did not take pictures, but should have given this next statement: The neck and neck pocket of the American Original Jazz as well as the cleanliness of the neck screw holes were MUCH NICER than the Jaco Fender Custom Shop. It seemed to me it was assembled with much more care and attention to detail. This left me disappointed in the Fender Custom Shop quality and workmanship (and if anyone here is reading it from FCS...shame on you).
The neck pocket of the Jaco, I was surprised at this since it's a Custom Shop, was kinda sloppy in comparison. Maybe a true testament to what the shop produced in 1962 or whenever Jaco's bass was made. A wood shaving was in there and the pocket wasn't as square as you'd hope, maybe preventing some neck to body contact, or at least that contact was not optimized.

the shopping experience was excellent. I didn't hesitate to buy from Kytary because they have a German subsidiary (I live in Germany). The shipping was fast and the packaging showed that they really want you to get the instrument without any damage. They have a 30 days return policy which I didn't make use of. I even got a bonus for my next purchase at their store. I can only recommend them.
Now...You have started my brain whirrring!
Perhaps I will put a different neck on my CS59 P ....just for fun!

No .I waited for about eight months from trutone music in Santa Monica. Ordered to my specs Has modern c neck and now weights 7.14 lbs. Very happy with build. I will order next one from them also.That’s awesome

7500 makes it the most expensive non-masterbuilt custom shop I’ve ever heard of
