Is it just me or does it seem like the majority of CS basses you see are Jazz basses? Nothing wrong with that, I had a great 1960 CS stack knob jazz... But I sold it and got a '62 CS P-bass that I like even more!

I love my 63 AVRI Precision but if I see a good deal on a used CS 63 Precision I will probaby pick it up and sell my AVRI. Probably.

They go in phases year by year. Lately I've seen more CS P-basses for 2017.

Most definitely. I believe there is only the Jaco and the 1962 Journeyman relic on offer for the jazz section. Quite a turn around from previous years when the Pino bass was the only P offering.

I just picked up the same CS jazz bass. I love the tone. I was always dissapointed with MIM and Squier jazz tones that I would try in the store but this CS is one of the best sounding basses I have ever heard.

Great instrument, pulling some awesome tones through a Darkglass 900 and Ampeg pro neo 410. These basses play beautifully.

They really do. It is my favortite bass to play and I have some good basses. I play mine through 2 ampeg 410 HEs and an ampeg svt7 pro.

If anyone is still interested, I'd like to get this club active. I attempted to contact Fletz, the originator of this club, to find out if he started a list but it seems I did it wrong, so I took the liberty of starting a list of the posters who followed Fletz's rules:

OK, so let's make a few rules:
- The bass must be a Fender Custom Shop Bass
- You must post pictures of your Custom Shop Bass
- One of the photos must show the Custom Shop logo on the bass

So I have the list as follows:

I'd like to restart the club as I have seen many many postings of people asking for numbers that never did get them. If no one has, I'd like to restart the club.
