Fender Custom Shop Club

Jist bought this beauty.. It is 59 relic, BUT has ash body, Pino profile all maple neck, tort guard.. so quite custom. Extremly lively sounding and relic is so cool.

I got this beauty back in April. I'd been without a Jazz for several years and wanted to get one again. Certainly one of the best Js I've ever played regardless of age.

Fender Custom Shop Time Machine 1960 Jazz Bass Journeyman Relic, Aged Olympic White

I kept the chrome on for a while but couldn't access the sweetest spots so they're currently off. I do have all the chrome on my P though. It's a 1990 MIJ '62 Reissue, also a killer instrument.

Very nice. Just like one of mine, except mine is an NOS. They seem to be kind of rare with 2TSB, Ash, and Maple board.

Okay, I was hoping yours might be a Cunetto area bass. You don’t see many around and one in LPB would be really rare. They had the CS logo stamped into the wood.

My 3rd attempt at joining the club is a success. I was just kind of underwhelmed previously, but now, I have found one for sure. I've only put her down long enough to take some photos and post this message.

Ive had a thing for 51's in general for some time. I almost pulled the trigger on a NOS that Music Zoo had a while back and wished I had for some time. Still, things happen for a reason and I couldn't have both. I really liked the one CME had posted in Nocaster Blonde and vacillated for some time. Finally, I did it.

So, a few photos for proof and droolage... maybe... I've named her Patsy by the way. As an aside, I sent a few photos to a friend and he said awesome! It's really nice that no one tried to refinish or mess around with it. :D I just gave him a

Haven't posted in quite a long time!

The weather was super nice (but hot) today so I decided to take out a couple of my instruments for some photo's, try out the new camera a flash set as well.

This is my 2012 (I think) limited edition '58 with some sort of relic'ing, I forgot which kind, I've posted this bass before but just thought I'd share some new images, hope that's OK.
