I've owned a few '59 custom shop P's and I can tell you there's a difference mainly in the tone. To me, the '59 is darker and beefier whereas the Pino is more even and midrange. Both are exactly the same quality-wise. The feel are pretty much the same as well, though the '59 might have a slimmer neck profile.
Here is my Pino Prototype #1 I just picked up signed by the man himself when they first built these. They made 2, he took one and now I have the other. I cannot believe I'm even typing this, it's a wild dream come true.
