Heres my 2017 Postmodern Journeyman Jazz Precision Custom Shop. Has a 60s "U" profile neck, 7.25 radius. Has a 63 split single coil pickup. RSD bridge, string thru body. I've honestly owned nearly 35 to 40 different basses, and this is one of my lifetime keepers. Plays the best, love the jazz slim neck, the pickups sound amazing, not a single dead spot on this, just feels as cool as the lime green color is.

That is simply amazing! Was that ever a color offered by Fender? Outstanding with a great selection of features.

Heres a c/p from the description of my bass. It was custom ordered by Bizarre Guitar out of reno. They are some cool dudes there, have purchased 3 basses from them. It was a special lime green, they had my jazz/precision and a precision made with that color. Makes me think of some hotwheels cars i had in the 70's, here are the specs:

The 2017 Postmodern Precision Jazz Bass® is elegantly designed with a reappraisal of modern assumptions. A thoroughly contemporary combination of Fender's two most time-honored basses, it has a lightweight alder Precision Bass body with a comfortably contoured heel, a quartersawn maple Jazz Bass neck with a finely sculpted '60s "U" profile, a 7.25"-radius "round-laminated" rosewood fingerboard with 20 medium jumbo frets, and a seismic '63 Precision bass split single-coil pickup with a vintage-style chrome cover.

Other premium features include a three-ply tortoiseshell pickguard, Custom Shop string-through-body RSD bridge, American Deluxe tuning machines and “Stealth” A-string retainer, Schaller® strap locks and Fender “F” logo engraved neck plate. Available only in Olympic White, Dakota Red and Three-Color Sunburst Finishes Normally, this one is RARE RARE RARE... new “Journeyman” Relic® lacquer finishes, which imparts the appearance of years of aging and light use without heavy wear and tear. Includes black textured vinyl hard-shell case

Outstanding. Any more pictures? Maybe some in natural light?

I kept looking at this one and wondering if it sounded like my other J bass but better. My FCS P basses were improvements over the others, so why not. I certainly liked the look. There was something about the super-aged Daphne Blue and the gold hardware that wasn’t so sparkly as new gold hardware. Well, the tone did not disappoint. It is a clear improvement over my other J basses. The finish is also incredible, but equally difficult to get photos to do it justice.

Here she is...
