To me it's sad that they come out with a "new" product like this series, which is only a cocktail of old stuff and announce it as being a revolution, when what they should focus on doing well what they are supposed to do well. It is a shame that their CS still produce average instruments for very high prices on a regular basis. Don't get me wrong, they do make great basses... Sometimes. They rely to much on their reputation instead on working on quality, like other builders must do to keep up with the market. I always give the same example: I've played a few not so good CS, but never a bad US lakland. I'm sure that applies to many other high end manufacturers that have to work in quality because they don't have a legendary brand name.
