Fender Jazz 24....none more BLACK....

played a 24 V last year and thought it was AWESOME! Those basslines sound great on the bass...They wanted $2100 AU for the bass where I was  SORRY, but no...
for $800 US, these things are a force to be reckoned with, however...

Wow, that's about the biggest markup for a bass I've ever seen. Did you ask them if they could knock it down, oh, a THOUSAND dollars?

I want to see pink strings on that!

Actually yeah, I agree!

i like those new black fenders. 24 fret them all. the only bad thing about black...fingerprint city. i briefly had a big block p-bass, and all i did was clean fingerprints off of it.

as much as i don't like playing basses without fretmarkers, i like the way that new squire V has none. it makes the blackout effect more drastic. theu should of made those new black deluxe fenders without fretmarkers.

i wish fender would put noiseless PU in the basses instead of ones that still do the 60 cycle hum. that has always been my main annoyance with jazz basses.

i used to have an fender 80s 4-string MIJ p-bass all black (body, neck, headstock, hardware). cool bass.
