In spite of the looks, the two Victory basses I tried were extremely body heavy. No neck dive at all.

Well call me crazy and a dumb Canadian..I do like the Gibson Victory and the new Dimension bass. They are both "out of the box" thinking. I think the Gibson looks great,,would love to try one out.

I like the white one very much. My first thought was that it's the first Fender Bass with the PU at the Music Man Stingray/Sterling sweetspot. After all it looks like a good competitor for the Ibanez ATK 200. Does anybody expect a kind of passive Stingray tone from this one? All three coils in parallel with the PU in that spot ...

According to the Sweetwater site, the CAR one in stock is 9 lbs., 8 oz, and the black one is 9 lbs., 5 oz.
