I just tried it and a green Mustang PJ pops up on the Fender site. Try closing and reopening your browser, a different browser or clearing your browser's cache.

You're right, no other Mustang basses are on the international Fender site. Long & McQuade still has them in stock though, and there's no indication that they're being discontinued.

In in the UK and I see the PJ Mustang available in the three standard colours (white, sonic blue and Torino red) and the price in £GBP.

Has anyone accurately weighed the stock tuners that come with the Mustang PJ?

I am trying to figure out how much weight savings there would be by converting to Hipshot HB6 Ultra-lites. If not, I might have to take a stock tuner to the Post Office .

Yes I'm in Canada. I've tried to view them on different computers and still nothing pops up.

I'm glad it's not only me! I first noticed this ~ 3-weeks ago and still cannot view the Mustang PJ. I wonder if it's a Canada thing.

For the past few months, Fender's redirected me to the generic international site (I used to be able to click on the US site without being redirected). The Mustang PJ seems to be on the country-specific sites (I checked the U.K., France and Luxembourg) but not the 'international' one, and Canada doesn't have a specific site... Not doing too good by us, eh?

I, too, get scooted over to the "International" site.

HB10s, which are standard rather than lightweight. I found I needed to use some foil to make the bushes snug fits. I’ve not noticed any neck dive on my Mustang so I was fitting the new tuners for tuning stability rather than weight reduction

Thanks for that! I have HB6's on order because the neck dive with stock tuners is driving me crazy (crazier). I guess every bass is different...luck of the draw .

Nice pickguard. Just looked on Jacks Instruments website. A lot of options that could work with a white Mustang PJ (though I like the mint one it comes with). Tempted by the vintage celluloid red tort. Did you have to send in the original pickguard, or does he have a template for the PJ?

I sent him a cardboard template traced from my pick guard, although going down that route I needed to file some off from the pick up holes and the edges that butt up against the control plate. I’ve let him know that, so he may now have in effect a template from mine. I’d drop him a line to check the latest

Thanks for that! I have HB6's on order because the neck dive with stock tuners is driving me crazy (crazier). I guess every bass is different...luck of the draw .
