From the angle of this photo, the neck looks almost as skinny as a jazz neck! That's too skinny for me... I just want an "athletic" precision neck, not the Kate Moss of P basses.
You should get an American Special p bass then.

You won't see it in the specs. You have to play it but the maple boarded ones (red and black) are super fast for a p bass neck and very comfy.
so I'm assuming you have it...review?
Sorry, just saw this. So far, I'm loving it. Good weight, great tone and very comfortable to play. Just need to figure out what strings to put in it. I do not like these fender strings at all. I'm thinking either DR flats or Chromes.
