Bet that peavey rig is easily 10 lbs heavier. Probably more.
Sure ... but it also sounds better than the Fender combo

Hello all - one last video:
A demo of my Rumble 500 with 4 of my basses. A little noodling and a couple riffs repeated with different basses to hear different tones. Don't judge the playing.
Thanks! One of my many favorite RUSH bass lines.Nice video! Bonus for Show Don't Tell.![]()
I believe that one of our members is using the 100 with upright.Just looking for some input from you rumble owners.
I'm looking at picking up the Rumble 100 for some of my smaller venue gigs. I'm wondering if some of you guys use it with the upright bass? How does the Rumble 100 handle to low end with reasonable med/high volume? Is it ported?
thanks
I talked to Fender about a different parts issue and here is what I found out. The parts are available, but only through an authorized service center. They are trying to prevent people from upper end parts to mod with. I wanted a set up pickups for an American P to put in my Squier project bass. They flattly refused.Question regarding the speakers:
I have seen somewhere here that the Rumble series transducers are not available as spare parts?
If they are custom design, it seems very strange that Fender will not offer an obvious "wear and tear" item as spare part?
Could anyone confirm this?
Cool! Makes sure to report back after the rehearsal to let us know how things sounded.Tonight I take my new Rumble 500 to band practice for the first time. I was all pumped for last week, but the BL texted and said acoustic only and vocal practice. I have been praciticng with it it it sounds great. Love that vintange button. I have played every bass I have through it and they all sound good. The only thing I haven't put throuhg it is a P, but that will be tonight. The BL has a P that I play occassionally and the only P I currently own is a Squire, or at least the parts for a Squire P. Just got that for $55.00 and disassembled it. The crappy little Behringer 1800 (180 watts) I was using for practice weighs almost 20 lbs more than the Rumble.
Good evening Gentlemen Bassists,
Does anyone know if the B115 cabinets are ported?
Chris there is no way to tell. You don't even know what brand or model they are. You are going to want something better than just some cheap earbuds. Chances are you'll be OK.It says in the booklet for the v3s that the minimum headphones impedence is 32 ohms and I have no idea what mine are (just cheap earphones) is it likely that they would damage the amp?
Vanilla Fudge, no wait maybe it's Vanilla Thunder that bought a pair of Rumble 115's to use under his GK 500 head. He loves 'em! Yes, they are ported.Good evening Gentlemen Bassists,
Got a couple of questions for you all.
I'm looking at purchasing 3 or 4 of the Rumble 115 cabinets since they are much lighter than what I currently have.
It would be nice if there were a 2x10 rumble cabinet as well but those don't exist currently.
I figure it's easier handling and stacking the 115's at 39 lbs each.
I have a Carvin B1000 monoamp to use for the cabinets.
Does anyone know if the B115 cabinets are ported?
Does anyone currently use 2 or 3 of the 115's stacked?
